Embracing and Nurturing Creativity: Our Agency's Mission, Vision, and Values
Over the last five years, we’ve been lucky to work with a diverse clientele and have met people who know exactly who they are and what impact they make.
These wonderful encounters and projects have guided us to being more aware of what we care about as an agency and what we want to contribute to the world of content creation and advertising. Though we had defined our Mission, Vision, and Values when we started the agency, we decided that they no longer served us, and that it was time for a refresh. As a team, we honed in on our hopes and intentions for Lavendr and started from scratch.
Who we’re working with and what they value is important. It’s important that you know who we are too. We’re proud to share with you our brand new Mission, Vision, and Values statements.

Mission
Our mission is to help organizations share ideas and innovations through forward-thinking creative approaches.
We believe that there are countless organizations in the world doing wonderful things that change the world for the better, and we intend to help as many of them as possible get the attention and support they deserve. We do this by implementing creative approaches that are designed for your audiences and move them to engage with and care about what it is they’re seeing. True creativity can speak volumes to the right people and inspire action. By avoiding prescriptive and repetitive messaging, we make each piece of creative feel intentional and meaningful, while remaining current.
Vision
Our vision is to positively impact creators, consumers, and communities by embracing and nurturing creativity.
We aim to use creativity to leave the world better than we found it in the places we can influence. We think that by embracing and nurturing creativity, we can achieve three key objectives. We can enable creators to express themselves through their work by acting as a facilitator between great talent and great organizations. Because consuming ads and content is inescapable in this day and age, we can brighten the lives of consumers by introducing better content and ads into their life. Finally, our work can help impactful organizations improve communities all over the world.
Values
Value Creativity
Above all else, we value the creative approach and the creatives we collaborate with to brainstorm and produce our work. We believe meaningful, relatable messaging is really what moves people to action. It’s the core of everything we do, and the other 3 values only exist to support this.
Think Collaboratively
We always aim to ask ourselves how to involve others. We always want a range of perspectives, and we think that creative genius has always come from collaboration, not gifted individuals. Through this collective engagement, we can always find the best ideas.
Embrace Honesty
Embracing honesty means being up front about our values, the value of our work, and the expectations you can have of us every step of the way. Our process, intentions, and work are always going to be transparent to clients and the collaborators involved in projects. We think that honesty is an incredible tool and helps people connect with a message. Consumers have astute instincts and stretching the truth is counter-productive. Embracing reality is more powerful than ever.
Work with Intention and Conviction
Intention means you have a reason for a decision, and conviction means you stand by it. And we encourage this from everybody, which means disagreement and discussion is inevitable. But, we’re in search of the best ideas, not the easiest. So being intentional with your processes to discover greatness and standing by it, while being open to other people’s ideas, will help us discover the best concepts.

In retrospect, coming to this Mission, Vision, and Values was a very natural process. We found that we were always drawn to organizations who already aligned with these sentiments. Knowing that, we feel confident and trust that in continuing to seek out like-minded organizations, we’ll be able to have exactly the impact we hope to have, and participate in leaving the world better than we found it.
